Marlene King, PT, DPT (Physical Therapist)

Marlene King is originally from Eastern Long Island, New York, Marlene earned her BS in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo New York in 1988. She moved to Houston in 1989 to further her education and in 2007 earned her MS in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy from A. T. Still University in Phoenix in 2010. Marlene has specialized in pediatrics throughout her career, gaining inspiration from her patients and their families. She looks for the personality in each of “her kids” as she likes to call her patients and treats each as her own, giving them her very best.

Kate Quiray, PT, DPT (Physical Therapist)

Kate Quiray is a native of Houston and graduate of St. Agnes High School, Kate attended St. Louis University in Missouri. While there, she earned her BS of Exercise Science and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013. Kate has a special love for working with kids and their families. She believes in treating the whole person. Kate always likes to first put her patients’ challenges in context by assessing their impact on her patients’ lives.

Nathan Gaskamp, PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Nathan Gaskamp grew up in the Richmond area and earned his Associates degree in Applied Science from Wharton County Junior College in 2006. He works with patients of all ages and his career is highlighted by his strong aquatics experience. His passion for taking care of people focuses on the whole person, both physical and mental and he educates and motivates his patients to be willing, wanting and striving to become better.

Cynthia Hicks, PTA, CKPT (Physical Therapy Assistant)

Cynthia Hicks, after working for eighteen years in the pharmacy department at Methodist Hospital, Cynthia’s desire to be more interactive and influential with patients led her to pursue her education in Physical Therapy. Cynthia earned her Associates degree in Applied Science at Houston Community College. She is also a registered group fitness instructor. Her special interest is in pediatrics, sports medicine, geriatrics and aquatic rehabilitation.
